DEPLOYMENT PROCESS

A staged path from discovery to production

Each engagement follows defined stages with acceptance criteria agreed in advance. Scope, timelines and responsibilities are documented in the engagement scope for your environment.

Delivery stages

01

Discovery

Understand your operations, sites, systems and goals, and confirm which solution line fits.

02

Technical and data assessment

Review existing cameras and video management systems, or CRM, ERP and telephony. Define data location, access and retention.

03

Pilot design

Agree scope, success criteria, languages or sites, and escalation paths with your team.

04

Controlled deployment

Deploy into a defined part of your environment with your team involved.

05

Validation

Test against the agreed acceptance criteria and review results together.

06

Rollout and support

Extend in stages. Support and review arrangements are defined in the engagement scope.

Engagement models

Engagements are scoped to your environment. This site does not publish pricing. Commercial terms are provided after assessment.

Assessment

A site and camera assessment for Lothar, or an automation assessment for Automis, to confirm fit, integrations and scope.

Pilot

A defined deployment in a limited part of your environment, with agreed success criteria and an acceptance review.

Production deployment

Staged rollout with ongoing support and review arrangements defined in the engagement scope.
